Kelly F. Mulholland is an associate at Danielsen, Lawlor, Everett, Isaacs & Dischley, PLLC. Kelly F. Mulholland is an associate at DLEI&D. Kelly concentrates her practice on complex general liability litigation, including construction accidents (New York Labor Law §§ 240 and 241[6]), premises liability, product liability, and maritime matters. Kelly also works closely with the firm’s senior trial and monitoring counsel teams in defending high-exposure litigation on behalf of excess insurers.
Prior to joining DLEI&D, Kelly represented plaintiffs in medical malpractice and product liability litigation at a New York City law firm. That experience provides Kelly with valuable perspective in evaluating liability exposure, damages issues, and litigation strategy in complex personal injury matters.
Kelly received her B.A. from Fordham University in 2012 and earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2017. During law school, Kelly served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Charles E. Ramos of the New York State Supreme Court.
