Our History

Danielsen, Lawlor, Everett, Isaacs & Dischley was founded on a simple premise: complex litigation requires a more strategic, more disciplined, and more trial-focused approach. While the firm itself is newly established, it is built upon decades of collective experience handling high-exposure litigation, appellate advocacy, insurance anti-fraud matters, workers' compensation strategy, construction and New York Labor Law claims, maritime disputes, transportation litigation, product liability actions, and complex commercial matters.

Each founding partner brings a proven record of success, deep subject matter expertise, and a shared belief that effective litigation demands more than simply reacting to developments as they arise.
